BRNO
The unjustly marginalized little brother of Bratislava, Vienna, and Budapest. Where Napoleon many times spent the night, where Milan Kundera was born, where Leos Janacek composed his original folk and classical music blend. Today the town attracts mostly international trade fairs and the Grand Prix motorcycle races. Not far away is the Moravian Karst, a protected nature reserve with many unique geological formations, such as caverns and gorges.
